As Vice President of Castell Project, Deborah works with the organization’s Board to grow and evolve each strategic initiative through successful implementation and daily operational management. Prior to joining the Castell Project, Deborah was principal of Interacting Dynamics, a full-service consultancy focused on strategic and influencer marketing, corporate communication and merger integration. Previously, she was co-founder and principal of CoMass Group, an organization that designed and delivered programs to address issues of incivility and lateral violence within the healthcare community. She also was on the development committee and secretary of TAG FinTech, a Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) industry group focused on promoting Georgia as a center for financial technology. For over 15 years earlier in her career, Deborah led investor relations, industry analyst relations and public relations at numerous multi-national software companies including XcelleNet and Infor. Deborah received a Master of Science in conflict management from Kennesaw State University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from College of Charleston.
