Peggy Berg

Peggy Berg is founder and chair of the Castell Project.  As a hotel consultant, Peggy was a PKF partner and then founded The Highland Group, Hotel Investment Advisors, Inc. She owned and operated the Comfort Inn Augusta Medical Center and the Hampton Inn Northlake. Honored in 2018 as one of the 30 Influential Women in Hospitality by Hotel Management Magazine, in 2019 Peggy received the 2019 Women in Tourism and Hospitality Summit’s “Katie Taylor Empowerment Award.” She is an organizer of  Tandem Bank. She holds a BS from the School of Hospitality at Michigan State University, Masters from Georgia Tech, and CPA.
